Cyntergy holds a standing meeting weekly to go over shoutouts, progress, and information to keep their employees informed. One of the monthly things that they do is recognize employee anniversaries, so I made templates with the number of current anniversaries each month that they celebrate. I have shared below some of my favorites, the goal with this was to make a fun and visually pleasing way to show off the names of whom to congratulate. Cyntergy also emphasizes holidays and for example they hold a March Madness bracket with prizes and they love to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, so both were fun solutions. I used mostly Adobe Illustrator and Pixabay for a few illustrations to place into the file.
